Return / Refund Policy

SequoiaIR is dedicated to customer satisfaction. If your purchase does not fulfill your needs for any reason, you can return your item for an exchange or refund within 60 days. Unit must not have been abused.


The following conditions apply:

  • You must contact us first to get an RMA number.
  • Shipping costs are not refundable.**
  • Credit card processing fee is not refundable.
  • There is a $10 restocking fee for returned items,
  • (provided item is properly repacked & without excess wear or damage).
  • Returns are accepted only on items with a minimum purchase price of $240. 


** Items originally purchased with Free Shipping will have standard shipping fee deducted from the refund.
